Shipping is free worldwide on all orders at www.maisontak.fr
​
All products require 4 to 6 weeks for production and then delivered within 1 week in France.
Delivery times may be longer for overseas.
Delivery times may depend on the delivery intermediary.

A handwritten signature on your behalf will be required for delivery.
​
Delivery is deemed acquired on the date of first presentation of the item(s) to the address indicated.

Return, exchange and refund

Withdrawal and return
After validation of the order, the buyer has a period of 14 days to withdraw and return the products ordered, excluding personalised items (see "return and refund exceptions"), which are not eligible for refund or exchange.

To do this, inform TAK JOAILLERIE as soon as possible via email, of your decision to return the product(s) to us, indicating the order number, reason for the return, and specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
This return request must be validated by us for it to be effective.
Please include all initial items in your return package, including invoice, packaging, accessories and the product. A designated secure carrier will come to your address to pick it up.
Once your return package has been received, a return confirmation email will be sent to you after confirming the eligibility of the return or exchange.
TAK JOAILLERIE reserves the right to refuse any return in the event of damage or other signs of use.

Refund
In the event of a refund, all shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
The refund will be made using the same method as the original payment, and within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. Any commissions and bank charges levied according to the method of payment will be at the buyer's expense.

Exchange
In the event of an exchange, the buyer will bear the cost of reshipping the new piece.
Both for a refund or an exchange, the returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging, as they would be after a fitting in store. Damaged or incomplete items will not be taken back or exchanged and will be returned to the buyer in the same condition and at buyer's expense.

Return and refund exceptions

Personalised products will not be taken back or refunded.
The right of withdrawal of 14 days according to article L 221-28 of the consumer code cannot be exercised for such an order involving the manufacture to order and to measure of the jewel.

Late delivery
We keep you regularly informed of the progress of your order and in particular of any delay in delivery.
​
Reception of order
The customer is required to check the good condition of the items delivered. Any anomaly noted (missing item, damaged package, broken item, etc.) must be indicated within 48 hours of receipt.

How to detect an anomaly?
If the package is very damaged, torn or even repaired with tape, it is preferable for you to refuse the package because it may have been opened and its contents may have been opened or damaged.
