Shop price
Prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included.
Shipping is free worldwide.
In the event of shipment abroad, customs duties, local taxes, import duties, state taxes as well as declarations relating to imports will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that TAK JOAILLERIE reserves the right to decline shipping to certain areas.
Invoice
An invoice is issued when ordering the product for online purchases. An email summarising your order accompanied by your invoice is sent to you.
Regarding custom orders. An invoice is established in the beginning of the project and issued upon delivery.

Price change
TAK JOAILLERIE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without notice. The products already ordered will remain invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the registration of your order.
Terms of payment
You can pay for your orders
- By credit card, payments by credit card are made through secure transactions provided by an online payment platform provider. The date of registration of the online order is that of the online payment
Description of goods offered:
The materials used are specified in the technical data sheets for each product.
The photos published represent the jewel as faithfully as possible. However, our manufacture being artisanal, it is possible that slight differences are notable (measurements, shape, texture, colors). Each jewel being made by hand are in fact unique pieces.
Also, the details of some products may appear larger or smaller than they actually are.
All the stones and gems in use are grown in laboratories. Each stone is individually selected upon order. While the stones are carefully selected by the house to match the highest aesthetic standards, the inclusions and colors may slightly vary by product. The carat weight of the stone may vary by up to 15% of the announced carat weight (except for laboratory grown diamonds - diamond carat weight will always be equal or superior to the announced carat weight).
Precautions of use
It is advisable not to use chemicals on jewellery in general (especially avoid bleach)
It is also strongly advised to avoid contact between the jewel and water (sea water, swimming pool) and to remove the jewels (hand washing, shower, etc.), avoid wearing the jewel during sports practice, which could have the effect of damaging it (deformation, scratches, etc.)

Conditions of validity:
- be at least 18 years old and have the necessary legal capacity to place and honor any order or have parental consent. Be able to demonstrate this capacity to us on request.
Order procedures
• Online purchase:
When placing your first order on the site, it is recommended that you register on the site.
After adding the item(s) to the basket, check the information in your basket and also fill in:
• Your first and last name;
• Your contact details (telephone and email);
• Your precise billing address (for security reasons, We ask that the billing address be the one registered by the issuing institution of your credit card, in particular to protect You from possible fraudulent use);
• Your delivery method;
• Your precise delivery address
• Your method of payment.

After validation of the order, you will be directed to the payment platform – Stripe. To this end, it is up to you to check again the details of your order, the amount to be paid and to fill in the requested information relating to the bank card.
The validation of this step implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by www.maisontak.fr constitutes proof of all transactions made by and its customers.
Order reception and validation
TAK JOAILLERIE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed on the site, without liability on its part for any order that it would not be able to honor or for any reason deemed legitimate (for personal reasons, rupture of supplier stock..., force majeure, previous dispute with the customer). The amounts paid will be refunded immediately.
Modifications by us in case of unavailability of the ordered product:
In the event of the unavailability of certain products that you have ordered are no longer available, we will offer ourselves alternatives either:
*Substitute the product with a similar product without price modification.
We will inform you as soon as we become aware of this unavailability.
If necessary, we will inform you of the new delivery time and give you the option of canceling your order.
*In the event of unavailability of materials, alternatives may be offered to the customer by TAK JOAILLERIE with readjustment of the price according to the cost of materials.
If no common ground is found between TAK JOAILLERIE and the customer, then a cancellation of the order will be pronounced and all the funds advanced will be returned.

Delivery
All products require 4 to 6 weeks for production and then delivered within 1 week in France.
The products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process. We invite You to contact us on contact@maisontak.fr in case of doubt.
Delivery times may be longer for overseas.
Delivery times depend on the delivery intermediary – FedEx, but is subject to change.
It is advisable to follow the delivery of your order according to the tracking number which will be communicated to you once the parcel has been delivered to FedEx, but is subject to change.
A handwritten signature on your behalf will be required for delivery.
Delivery is deemed acquired on the date of first presentation of the item(s) to the address indicated.
Late delivery

We keep you regularly informed of the progress of your order and in particular of any delay in delivery.
Reception of order by customer
The customer is required to check the good condition of the items delivered. Any anomaly noted (missing item, damaged package, broken item, etc.) must be indicated within 48 hours of receipt.

How to detect an anomaly?
If the package is very damaged, torn or even repaired with tape, it is preferable for you to refuse the package because it may have been opened and its contents may have been opened or damaged.
Return, exchange & refund
Withdrawal and return
After validation of the order, the buyer has a period of 14 days to withdraw and return the products ordered, excluding personalised items (see "return and refund exceptions"), which would not give the buyer satisfaction for refund or exchange.
To do this, inform TAK JOAILLERIE as soon as possible via email, of your decision to return the product(s) to us, indicating the reason for the return, and specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
This return request must be validated by us for it to be effective.
Please include all initial items in your return package, including invoice, packaging, accessories and the product. A designated secure carrier will come to your address to pick it up.
Once your return package has been received, a return confirmation email will be sent to you after confirming the eligibility of the return or exchange.
TAK JOAILLERIE reserves the right to refuse any return in the event of damage or other signs of use.
The notification must be clear and unambiguous by email to contact@maisontak.fr. Please clearly communicate your contact details: address, telephone number, e-mail address and the number of your order.

Refund
In the event of a refund, all shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
The refund will be made using the same method as your original payment, and within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. Any commissions and bank charges levied according to the method of payment will be at your expense.

Exchange
In the event of an exchange, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping the new piece.
Both for a refund or an exchange, the returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging, as they would be after a fitting in store. Damaged or incomplete items will not be taken back or exchanged and will be returned to you in the same condition and at your expense.
Return and refund exceptions
Personalised products will not be taken back or refunded.
The right of withdrawal of 14 days according to article L 221-28 of the consumer code cannot be exercised for such an order involving the manufacture to order and to measure of the jewel.
Warranty and repair
Jewellery can be returned to us for repair. Repair is free for 2 years of receipt and under normal conditions of use. Plase note TAK JOAILLERIE reserves the right to refuse repair on certain cases.
Please let us know, before sending, mentioning: your order number, describing the nature of the repair. Ideally, attach a photo of the item which will allow a prior assessment of the technical feasibility of the repair and to assess the repair times and costs. Payment of the estimated amount and shipping costs will be required before shipping.
Responsibility
The seller's liability cannot be implemented if the non-execution or the delay in the execution of one of its obligations described in these general conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure.
As such, force majeure means any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1148 of the Civil Code.
The responsibility of the seller cannot also be implemented in the event of disruption or total or partial strike of the postal services.
Intellectual property
All elements of the https://www.maisontak.fr site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the seller. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site.
Archiving / Proof
The seller will archive the order forms on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code. The seller's computerized registers will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the seller and the buyer.
Disputes
These online sales conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Paris, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or warranty claim.
